Muray gragok- Shrimp season

Clean shrimps. skuler gragok.Limpo camarao.

wash the shrimps.Laba gragok.Lavar camarao.
Add salt.Bota sal.Aumentar sal.

Dry shrimps in the sun.Suga gragok na sol.Enxugar camarao na sol

Dry for 2 day at least. Suga para dos dia.Enxugar para dois dias.

When shrimps are dried,pound. Gragok ja seku,pilak gragok.Tritura e camarao seco.

Make into a ball and continue drying.Faze bola,bota na sol ate retu-retu seku.Fazer bola,enxugar na sol.

Preserved shrimps with a little brandy,salt and rice known as cincalok in the bottle. Gragok,mistura kum brandy,sal kum aros gadra na botol,3 dia ja fika cincalok.
 Mistura camarao com sal,brandy,arroz,guarda para 3 dias,fazer-se 'cincalok'.
This is how cincalok is served. with sliced chillies,onions and a squice of lime juice,best eatten with rice and fish curry. Nos kumi cincalok kum cili,sabola kum umpoku limang. Sabrozu kumi kum aros kum kari pesi.Nos comer'cincalok' com pimentao,cebola com limao.Saboro comer com arroz com caril peixe.
